Nestled in a spectacular Northwood's setting near Lake Superior is a perfect retreat from the busy city life. These Owners love sneaking in long weekends and taking in all the beauty the North Shore has to offer. Our greatest project we have worked on to date showcases how well a home can be built - even without meeting our Client face to face until after the contract was signed!
These owners spent hours planning their new home. Details were not forgotten - the result proves it. By such thorough planning the building process went very smooth. The Owners loved the weekend drive up to see the progress and would often come early to visit with the crew. When completed, our crew was very thankful for working with such wonderful Owners.
Amazing when we look back at a site at its beginning. Exactly how the building is going to be placed on a particular site is very important - coordinating with these Owners from the Twin Cities area required lots of e-mailing and phone conversations. They say pictures say a thousand words - imagine sitting at your desk and getting a movie via e-mail of your home site being excavated - the next best thing to being right there.
The Owners did not get to see their modified site until it was ready for concrete. Yet, through constant communication they were kept aware of every detail and were excited to see their wishes being carried through.
The home's 1/2 log siding with top of the line Andersen Windows prove the Owner's commitment to quality. The home is stunning from the outside and fits well with its surroundings.
